Keto/Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 C Butter, softened

1/2 C Sweetener

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 Egg + 1 Egg White

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/4 teaspoon Salt

2 1/2 C Almond Flour

1/2 C Sugar FreeChocolate Chips

Directions

1. Mix together the Softened Butter and Sweetener
2. Then add the vanilla, egg plus the egg white
3. Then mix in the baking soda, salt, almond flour, and Sugar Free chocolate chips



Notes

Serving Size is 2 cookies

You can prepare a batch and save the dough in the freezer! Just add another minute or two of cooking time

The sweetener amount here is 1:1 with sugar. If you’re going to substitute a sweetener with Stevia (like

Pyure), make sure you do the conversion!
